The cytopathology laboratory offers services as:
- Taking and reading pap smears
- Evaluating non gynecological samples as body fluids (pleural, peritoneal, cerebrospinal fluids), and bronchial washings and brushings, among others
- Taking and reading fine-needle aspiration biopsies
- Elaborating blocks of cells
